  • What if I am not in your delivery zone?

    We offer a pick up option from Little Hawk Freo.

  • What is the cut-off time for online orders?

    2pm Monday for Tuesday home delivery and pick up.

    2pm Thursday for Friday pick up.

  • Is there a minimum order amount?

    Yes, for home deliveries there is a $50 minimum. No minimum order for pick up.

  • What is the shelf life of products?

    Six days from date of delivery for ready made meals, two days from date of delivery for salads. Other menu products are labelled with best before dates.

  • Can I freeze the meals?

    Yes! All meals are prepared and delivered fresh and can be frozen.

  • Why should I choose Little Hawk Freo?

    Because our food is the best! It’s tasty, full of whole ingredients and quality meat and eggs. We want to make food that you feel good eating. Whole food, your whole family will love.

  • Tell me about pick up

    Pick up your online orders from Little Hawk Freo at 1/14 Strang Street betweem 11:30 and 2pm on Tuesdays or Fridays. We’ll be trialling a summer after hours pick up on Thursdays coming 5 DECEMBER!

Terms and Conditions

Delivery times

We will deliver your order between 3pm and 6pm on Tuesdays (or other dates during holiday times). Please make sure to fill in any extra delivery notes so that our driver can find you and deliver your meal safely!

We can deliver to a business address if you will not be home, but please ensure that access is easy, direct and possible during the delivery window (3pm-6pm).

Do I need to be home to receive the delivery?

We ask that someone is home to receive the meals. However, when your food is delivered, if no one is available to receive the meals, they will be left outside the front door, and Little Hawk Freo takes no responsibility for it after this time. We will do our best to contact you on the phone number you have provided at checkout if no one is home to receive the meals, to notify you of their delivery.

If you are not home to receive the delivery, you can opt to ask for a cooler esky for your food items to be left in. Please make sure you let us know when ordering.

Proof of delivery

Little Hawk Freo retains proof of delivery and is exempt from any liability or responsibility for loss or damage resulting from our meals being left safety and securely at premises that are unattended.

Personal responsibility

Little Hawk Freo accepts no liability for any stolen, broken and damaged products after they have been received by the customer. Little Hawk Freo also accepts no liability or damages for personal harm or sickness that occurs as a result of consuming the product if it has not been stored in accordance with our best before date and heating and refrigeration instructions.

Cancellation terms

Please note that once orders have begun preparation, they cannot be cancelled or refunded. All cancellations incur a $25 administration fee, which will be deducted from the total order. A cancellation notice must be placed in email to hello@littlehawkfreo.com.au greater than 24 hours before delivery or they will not be accepted.
